Acknowledge that all results provided by the Platform are based solely on your voluntary queries for financial instrument combinations, not gathered through structured questionnaires, menus, checkboxes, or profiling methods;
Understand that any information or suggestions offered by Ask Ben, the Platform’s NLP/AI assistant, are only of informational nature;
Agree that any information or answers provided by the Platform do not constitute, nor shall be construed to constitute, personalized advice, recommendations, or solicitations to buy, sell, or hold suggested financial instruments or assets; and
